Happy 1st Birthday Pnut!!!!

First and foremost a HUGE thank you to all the friends and family that came to Elizabeth's birthday party! We had such a wonderful time with everyone and we really appreciate everyone taking time out of their day to spend celebrating Elizabeth's birthday.
A funny story for those of you who know me and how OCD I am. I went to pick up the cake and a few other things on Saturday morning before the party. I walked up to the bakery and gave the lady my name. She went back and came out with the large cake but no cake for Elizabeth. For those of you who don't know - most stores will give you a free 4 inch cake for the child when you order a larger cake for their 1st birthday. Anyways, she advised me someone had given away Elizabeth's cake - I was so heartbroken! Then I asked her what she was going to do to resolve it and she told me she could give me a puppy dog cupcake - since we had about an hour until the party I told her to go ahead and put one together for me. As you can see from the photos all was not lost! The cupcake turned out really cute and Elizabeth loved it! Thank you again to everyone who came from near and far you made it a really memorable day!
