It's a Bird, It's a Plane, NO It's Super P'nut!

Monday morning P'nut woke up with a fever so we kept her out of daycare and she stayed with her Nana - THANK YOU NANA! That night P'nut was up a good bit of the night with a fever of around 103 so we had to keep her out of daycare Tuesday too. Well by that time we had decided it would be a good idea to take her to the pediatrician and make sure she didn't have anything serious. I had to work on some urgent projects for work so Martin had the pleasure of taking her. I had a feeling P'nut had some type of viral infection so I had an inkling that they were probably going to stick her finger to take some blood, but I didn't tell Martin this! Well about an hour after they left the doctor's office my cell phone rings and it's Martin. The first words out of his mouth were, "Boy, that was fun!" All I could do was laugh because I knew how he felt since I have taken P'nut for several of her immunizations. Then he tells me it took him, the doctor, and the nurse to hold P'nut down just to examine her! All the while she is screaming and crying! He said he could not believe how strong she is only being one! So I guess you could say we have a superhero in the house with unexpainable strength - Super P'nut!
